Nick’s Realty Trust offers rental property including residential, store front, and commercial property. We have been in business since 1958.

Our residential properties include 1 or 2 bedroom apartments either in a fine apartment building or in residential homes, which now house separate apartments. Nick’s Realty Trust also has studios and furnished rooms.

Our residential properties feature amenities such as air conditioning, off street parking, vaulted ceilings, decks, fully applianced kitchens, laundry facilities or hook-ups, snow removal and lawn care. All apartments are cable ready. Each apartment is slightly different with slightly different amenities. When you click on a particular availability the fine points of that apartment will be listed. Nick’s Realty Trust does require a first, last, and security deposit. Sorry, we do not permit pets. Our storefront and commerical properties vary in size from 500 square feet to 7,000 square feet and include warehouse/office properties. The store fronts are located in a high visibility area and the commercial properties have excellent locations and ample parking.
